1. Account Registration

2. Credit System & Billing

• • Subscription plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Gumroad).
• • Credits reset each billing cycle — unused credits do not roll over.
• • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
• • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Leadmentorz data for legitimate business purposes including:

• Cold email outreach and sales prospecting
• Direct marketing campaigns (email, phone, direct mail)
• Market research and business intelligence
• CRM enrichment and lead scoring

4. Prohibited Uses

• ✕ Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing lead data to third parties
• ✕ Using data for harassment, stalking, or any illegal activity
• ✕ Scraping, reverse engineering, or automated extraction beyond platform features
• ✕ Circumventing credit limits or abusing the platform
• ✕ Using data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, or other applicable laws

5. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

Leadmentorz strives for 97% data accuracy by sourcing from web research, sales intelligence APIs, and public directories. However, business contact data changes frequently. We do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. You are responsible for verifying data before use and complying with all applicable outreach laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, logos, and technology are owned by Leadmentorz and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use exported data for your own business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadmentorz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the platform and any remaining credits will be revoked.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
